Girl Friday is dedicated to providing an outstanding value for money VA package with competitive hourly rates.
As each client requirement varies please contact us to discuss the applicable rate.
One-off projects can also be undertaken. These will be based on a one-off project fee.
All assignments will be agreed by both parties before any work is undertaken and a booking form will be completed.
New clients may be required to make an advance payment.
Some assignments may require pre-payment for materials, e.g., mail shots.
Invoices are raised and issued to the client weekly, on a Friday.
All materials used on a client assignment i.e., telephone call costs, stationery, postage and sundries will be invoiced at cost.
Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date
of invoice.
In the event of an invoice becoming more than 30 days overdue, the account will be placed on hold, and all work will remain the property of Girl Friday VA until the invoice is settled in full. Interest will be charged on all overdue invoices.
All invoices outstanding over 30 days will be passed to a professional debt recovery agency for collection.
Payments are accepted by cheque and direct bank transfer, or counter deposit.
